- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of purchase.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.
- During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or major promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days | Starting at $4.99 (varies by weight and destination)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days | Starting at $7.99
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days | Starting at $14.99
Notes:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
- Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may experience longer delivery times.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (after discounts and before taxes) within the continental United States.
- Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping methods or international orders.
International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations. Available countries are listed at checkout.
- Delivery Times: International shipping typically takes 7-20 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services.
- Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Important: GlamGlitzGrace is not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses due to customs processes. Please verify your country’s regulations before ordering.
Shipping Carriers
- We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. GlamGlitzGrace is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@glamglitzgraceboutique.com/1-706-836-0959 with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
- GlamGlitzGrace is not liable for losses or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will assist in filing claims where applicable.
Store Pickup (Optional)
- For customers local to Charlotte, North Carolina, we offer in-store pickup at our location: 8152-F S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28273
- Pickup is available by appointment only. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Holiday Closures
Our warehouse is closed on the following holidays, and orders will not be processed or shipped:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Juneteenth (June 19)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (First Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
