1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Eligible Items: Most clothing, accessories, and jewelry are eligible for return. However, the following items are non-returnable:
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase).
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
2. Return Process
In-Store Returns:
- Bring the item(s) to GlamGlitzGrace Boutique at our Charlotte, NC location during regular business hours.
- Present your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Our staff will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
- Once approved, you will receive a refund or store credit (see below for details).

3. Refund Options
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, or cash) within 7-10 business days of processing the return.
- Store Credit: If preferred, we can issue store credit in the form of a GlamGlitzGrace Boutique gift card, which can be used in-store or online (if applicable).
- Exclusions: Shipping fees, gift wrapping, or other service fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- We offer direct exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability, within the 14 day return period.
- If you wish to exchange for a different item, a refund will be processed for the original item, and a new purchase must be made.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a return, replacement, or refund, at no additional cost to you.
- Items damaged after purchase due to wear or mishandling are not eligible for this exception.
6. Additional Information
- Return Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our policy requirements.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale (discounts less than 50%) are eligible for store credit only. Clearance items (discounts of 50% or more) are final sale.
- Gift Returns: Returns for items purchased as gifts require a gift receipt and will be issued as store credit.
