All Sales Are Final

Effective: March 16, 2026, all purchases made from GlamGlitzGrace are considered final. This means that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for items once they have been purchased. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Exceptions to Our “All Sales Are Final” Policy:

While all sales are generally final, your satisfaction and consumer rights are important to us. We will provide a remedy if an item is:

  1. Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival: If an item arrives damaged or is found to be defective within 3 days of delivery, please contact us immediately at info@glamglitzgraceboutique/ 706-836-0959 with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit if the item cannot be replaced.
  2. Incorrect Item Received: In the rare event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days, of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for the return of the incorrect item.
  3. Item Not as Described: If an item significantly differs from its description or visual representation on our website, please contact us within 3 days, of delivery with details and supporting evidence. We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Conditions for Exceptions:

  • All claims for exceptions must be submitted within the specified timeframe from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, unless they are being returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • GlamGlitzGrace reserves the right to inspect all items before processing a resolution. We may deny a claim if the item shows signs of misuse, alteration, or damage not attributable to a defect or transit.
